A software bug is an error, flaw, failure or fault in a system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways. If you think you've discovered one, here's what to do:
Step 1:
Click on the ? symbol at the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2:
You'll notice this has triggered a pop-up window to open providing you with three options to choose:
Our Help Center - where you have access to many useful articles and videos that may assist in your query,
Get Support - our online chat service where you can get in touch directly with our friendly Loanapp support team,
Report a Bug - where you can report a bug to our Loanapp development team to further investigate.
In this scenario, you will need to click on option three:
Step 3:
You will see a window appear in the bottom left hand corner, you're required to complete all the fields for our team to get a better understanding of your issue. I.e. The type (problem, incident, question or task), priority (low, normal, high or urgent), the subject and a detailed description of what you encountered.
Step 4:
Before you submit, notice the toolbar up in the right hand corner. Use these to circle/underline/highlight the exact spot where the error is occuring - this will be sent as a screenshot to the Development team and will assist in their investigation.
Once you've completed all the fields and highlighted the issue - click Submit.
Our Development team will receive and investigate this issue. We will then endeavour to get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
