Booking.com review integration requires that you authorize LocalClarity to begin pulling in review data. There are 2 different integration options for Booking.com;
If you have full authorization control: Go to Settings > Integrations > BookingAPI
After selecting "Add Page" you will be asked to allow connection to one or more associated Booking.com accounts.
Once that connection is established, review data will begin to populate automatically.
FYI: The data should begin to flow within a few minutes and should be complete anywhere from 10-30 minutes, just depending on the size of your account.
If you do not have full authorization: Go to Settings > Integrations > Booking
Send a text, csv, Excel, or equivalent file of all Booking.com location URLs to support@localclarity.com
The support team will review the URLs against the pages at Booking.com to confirm all of the details, upload the connections, and then test the data flows.
The support team will reach back out to you within one business day to confirm receipt and when the details will be ready to review in the application.
FYI: This connection point limits review collection predating integration to the last 30 days. Booking.com reviews from time of integration and moving forward will all be collected.
