Before you can take that first step, you must create an account within LocalClarity (https://app.localclarity.com/#/signup). While we have a few steps presented here in this Setup Guide, in practice the data can be flowing in less than 3 minutes.
To start, we only ask for your name, email address, and password. Click submit and you will see an email verification notice:
Within just a few seconds, you should receive the verification email. If it is not received, please check any bulk or spam filters you might have active.
Now that you are set up you can now integrate other websites to receive reviews and other important insights from users.
Trustpilot is a company that allows full API integration with LocalClarity. This allows Authorized connections access, full review, and response capabilities from/to each source.
Go to your Profile Settings (Blue wrench in the bottom left corner) and navigate to the Integrations tab on the left (Settings > Integrations > Trustpilot),
After selecting "Add Page" you will be asked to allow connection to one or more associated Trustpilot accounts, as shown in two images below.
3. Once that connection is established, review data will begin to populate automatically.
4. Click on the TripAdvisor icon and for new integrations, begin adding the URLs in the box.
For existing connections, locate the 'Add Location' in the top right corner and begin adding the URLs in the box.
5. Once all URLs have been added, use the Add button to complete the process.
FYI: The data should begin to flow within a few minutes and should be complete anywhere from 10-30 minutes, just depending on the size of your account.
For 20 or more locations, please send a text, CSV, Excel or equivalent file of all TrustPilot location URLs to support@localclarity.com.
The support team will reach back to you within one business day to confirm receipt. It may take several minutes to complete the initial fetch and for larger accounts up to a couple hours.
