If you downloaded a file and your special characters were unreadable (Café, e?it??im, etc.), this is due to an Excel setting issue.
Fortunately, there is an easy way to correct the text formatting:
Open the CSV download file in Excel
Go to the Data tab
Click on import From Text/CSV
In the dialogue box, select the same CSV file that is currently open, and click import.
For the file origin import type, select 65001: Unicode (UTF-8) and transform.
A new tab will be added to the file, with all of the correctly formatted review content presented in a table. Be certain to save this file as Excel to retain the proper formatting.
