To efficiently respond to positive reviews that don't contain a comment, the keys are to:

Custom GEO Name Variables
To further customize any saved reply templates, LocalClarity offers additional variables that can be set for each location. These help brands to customize by state, city, neighborhood, or any formal or informal way to refer to the business locally. Examples might be the "Exit 230 Shell Station", "Times Square Starbucks" or "Wrigleyville McDonalds".

Reviewer First Name (assumed) Variable
Although most platforms pass to LocalClarity the reviewer's name as a single field, the platform breaks out the text prior to the first space to give an assumed first name. While not recommended for Intelligent Auto Responses, this is a great way to easily personalize a response.
