If, after checking the history for a bulk upload to see if any locations failed to update, you then also have the ability to see the corresponding error message. If there are, and the message you've received is 'Requested entity was not found' this tells us that the location ID that you used for that location does not match any location that can be found in Google's system.

What that means is that the location ID itself is incorrect; This is typically the case when a location is,

  1. Disconnected

  2. A duplicate or,

  3. Permanently closed

Once you know which of the 3 buckets your location falls into, you can either attempt to update that location with its correct location ID or just make note that next time you wish to bulk upload something, to make sure to remove that location from the file.

If you're not sure how to identify if a location falls into any of these buckets, you can contact us for help at support@localclarity.com.
