Checking to ensure that the locations that're in a bulk upload spreadsheet are both connected and published is a quick process.

If you have a only a few locations, you can easily check the location health within the application - however, for multi-location brands, going through and opening each detail panel would be an incredibly time-consuming task. 

The best method of confirming which locations are bulk upload eligible (sans Posts) is to download your GMB Audit. Within the file you can see if your location is verified, published, and if it can be update. All three of these must have the value TRUE in order for a successful upload.

If all have a TRUE value, then you can go about adding that location to your file.
