If you previously authorized a connection with Facebook and are attempting to add new locations, there a couple steps to take to ensure that we can connect.
β
Make sure Reputation Manager is active on Facebook
Check your business integrations on Facebook and make sure the box next to Reputation Manager is checked.
This foundational step is meant to establish that your LocalClarity connection is secure and active.
β
Also confirm that all correct location pages are on
After making sure that Reputation Manager is active on Facebook, also make sure that all the appropriate pages are turned on.
For some, just these two steps will re-establish their connection and allow new Facebook locations to flow into the application. If not, read on.
β
Reauthorize your connection
If you want to authorize another Facebook page, you will need to connect once more, using the same workflow as when you first connected. However, before that please follow these steps.
Open a new tab and go to Facebook and log out if already logged in.
Go back to LocalClarity and authorize your Facebook account again (The login page will be prompted).
Tip: Clearing cache and cookies before attempting to authorize again may help.
If you continue to have issues after trying these steps, please contact us at support@localclarity.com for additional help.
