Locale is a subscription service, so customers have until Friday at 5pm each week to choose their meals or skip for the week. If no action is taken, we'll send you an order with recommended meals based on your past orders. We try our best to make this clear on our homepage, order page, and welcome email. We also sent texts and emails throughout the week to remind you to update your order or skip it.
We chose to be a subscription only service to help our small restaurant partners better forecast production and reduce their food waste. We really appreciate your understanding and please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns that we can help with at support@shoplocale.com
