From there, click "Continue to Checkout" and enter all of your information, including your name and address. Afterwards click "Continue to Delivery" and select the delivery window you'd prefer to receive your order in. From there you want to click "Continue to Payment" and enter in your payment details. Review your order details one last time to make sure everything looks correct, then click "Confirm Subscription"
