We take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced products. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on any meals after they have been delivered to you.

However, if you have not yet received your order and it's before Sunday at 8PM, we may be able to make an equal exchange in your order. Please send us an email at support@shoplocale.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like to make, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you have not received your order and it's before Friday at 5pm, you are able to edit your order and replace any items you'd like! If you decide to edit your order, make sure to complete the checkout process and confirm your order or else it won't save!
