The blog feature helps you keep your website fresh and engaging by automatically generating content for you.
With this feature, you can:
Review and approve blog posts before they go live
Edit content using AI-powered prompts
Import existing blog articles from another website
Automatically display blogs on your site
How Blog Posts Are Created
Blog posts are generated automatically over time.
Before appearing on your website, each post must be reviewed and approved.
Note: Only approved blog posts will be published and visible on your site.
Where Blogs Appear on Your Site
Once approved, blog posts are automatically added to your website.
Blog Navigation
Approved posts appear under the Blog section in your site menu.
Individual Blog Pages
Each blog post gets its own dedicated page, making it easy for visitors to read and navigate.
Editing Blog Posts with AI
You can easily update any blog post using built-in AI tools.
When editing a post, you’ll see options like:
Make it more engaging
Add a call to action
Make it shorter
You can also enter your own custom prompts to adjust the content to your needs.
Tip: This is the fastest way to refine tone, improve clarity, or tailor content to your audience.
Managing Blogs in the Moodboard
The Moodboard includes a Blog section where you can view and manage your posts.
First-Time Setup (No Blog Posts Yet)
If no blog posts are available, you’ll see a “No Blog Articles Found” message in the Blog square.
From here, you can:
Import blog posts from another website
Or wait for new posts to be generated automatically
Importing Blog Posts from Another Website
You can import existing blog content into your new site.
To import blog posts:
Open the Blog square in the Moodboard
Click the edit (pencil) icon
Enter your website URL
Start the import process
The system will automatically pull in your existing blog articles.
Note: This is especially useful if you're migrating from a previous website.
If You Already Have Blog Posts
The Blog square will display your existing articles.
You can:
Scroll through them
View the total number of posts
Edit the section
Ongoing Blog Generation
New blog posts are created periodically.
Each new post will:
Require approval before publishing
Be added to your Blog section once approved
Be available for AI editing
Blog Settings (Admin)
Blog publishing behavior can be managed in the admin panel.
Accessing Blog Settings
Auto-publish Blog Posts
Enabled (default):
Merchants can only refine and approve posts
After the review deadline, posts are automatically published
Disabled:
Merchants can refine, approve, or discard posts
Discarded posts are removed from the site
Posts will not auto-publish and become overdue instead
Important: We recommend keeping this enabled to maintain a consistent flow of blog content.
