Collecting More Reviews Using Feedback Landing Pages (QR Code)

✅ What is Review Generation?

Review Generation is a feature that lets you gather feedback from your customers using a Landing Page. They can access it via a QR code or link

  • If a customer leaves a positive review, they’ll be prompted to share it online, boosting your ratings on your selected source.

  • Negative reviews stay internal and don’t affect your public ratings.

This helps you improve customer satisfaction while protecting your brand’s reputation.


🛠 Setting it up

When a new business is added to Localyser, a Feedback Landing Page is automatically created. You can download a QR code and place it where it’s most visible:

  • On menus, receipts, or dining tables

  • At reception desks or cashier counters

  • Attached to delivery or takeaway packaging

You can also share the page via a direct link on your:

  • Website

  • Promotional emails

  • Order confirmation emails


📍 Choosing the right QR code type

You can use different types of Feedback Landing Pages based on your setup:

🏢 Location QR Code

  • Unique to each location in your account

  • Best for feedback collected at the physical business

📦 Delivery QR Code

  • For reviews collected via delivery and takeaway

  • Helps you separate dine-in vs. delivery experiences

🏷 Brand QR Code

  • One QR code for the whole brand

  • Uses geolocation to route customers to the closest location

  • Customers can also manually pick a location

📝 Note: Brand feedback settings follow the same rules as Location feedback settings.


💬 Different ways to collect feedback

Use a mix of methods to reach more customers and get better results:

Ask customers directly to leave feedback:

  • In-person during their visit

  • Via direct messages or email follow-ups

🪧 Passive Collection

Place QR codes in high-visibility areas:

  • At tables, entrances, or reception desks

  • On delivery packaging

  • On your digital menus or social media profiles

You can also include the feedback link in your:

  • Website

  • Email signature

  • Social media messages
