Once set up, your UberEats reviews will flow directly into your Localyser dashboard—no manual copying required.

🔗 Prerequisites

  • An active UberEats merchant account with admin access

  • Localyser Master Admin permissions

  • Your store URLs (both merchant and public-facing) for each location

🛠 Step‑by‑Step Integration

  1. Connect via Third‑Party Login

    • Go to Settings > Other > Third Party Login in Localyser.

    • Scroll down and click Add New.

    • From the platform dropdown, select UberEats.

  2. Enter Your UberEats Credentials

    • Merchant Email: Your UberEats login email.

    • Merchant Password: The password for that email account.

    • Diff/Start Date: Set this to one month before today’s date to backfill recent reviews.

    • Click Save.

  3. Share Your Store URLs
    For each location you manage:

    • Log into your UberEats merchant dashboard.

    • Select the store and copy the merchant URL (e.g. https://merchants.ubereats.com/manager/home/…).

    • Copy the public URL your customers see (the storefront link).

    • Email both URLs to support@localyser.com.

  4. Wait for Data Sync

    • Once we’ve added your URLs, allow up to 24 hours for UberEats reviews to start appearing in Localyser.

✅ Pro Tips

  • Verify Access: Make sure your UberEats credentials have permission to view all locations.

  • Consistent Dates: Always set the Diff/Start Date exactly one month prior to capture recent reviews.

  • Double‑Check URLs: Merchant URLs are different from public URLs—both are required.

By following these steps, you’ll centralize all your UberEats reviews in Localyser—so you can reply faster, analyze trends, and maintain a stellar online reputation. If you run into any issues, reach out to support@localyser.com for assistance!
