Within the Locomote platform you have the ability to edit or cancel a trip, however this is dependant on the trip's state and it's also dependant on what you may be trying to edit.

NOTE: this does NOT cancel your booking, it is a request to cancel only.

  1. Login and from the first page displayed (the Dashboard) click the trip request you wish to change

  2. To cancel your trip request, go to the Trip Details page and click the Cancel Trip button at the bottom page. After providing a reason for cancelling your trip, an email will be sent to our Travel team to manually cancel the trip

  3. To edit or make a change to your trip request, go to the MESSAGES tab and add a note to the Travel team (TMC) to request the change

    1. Note: if its urgent or outside business hours please call the number on your dashboard
