The Locomote tool is a fully integrated, end-to-end Travel Management Platform that helps meet all the unique and individual needs of professionals at every level.
If you need to change a booking please add a note to the messages area within your trip.
Click the trip that you need to amend from the dashboard
Click the messages tab which can be found on the left-hand side
Write up the changes you need to make and ensure you choose “Locomote Travel” as the recipient
Click send
For any urgent changes or cancellations outside business hours please contact the after hours team. The number is on your dashboard or on the itinerary.
Remember
Unfortunately for booking modification/cancellations, the Locomote team is not authorised to make those changes and is not responsible for your booking.
