Updating your profile for Arrangers & Authorisers

As a user of the Locomote Travel Management Platform, you have the ability to control your profile and continuously update your details, when it is required.

You have the ability to update work and personal details, credit card information, loyalty memberships, passports/visas and special service requests/preferences eg. preferred hotels, airlines and cars. You will also be able to update any profile associations (e.g. travel arrangers.)

  1. Click on the Avatar and select My Profile to access the My Profile home page

  2. In the My Profile tabs, navigate to the category tab you require to update

  3. Once you have finished filling out your profile and/or editing to update your details, click Update Profile

  4. A status bar will appear at the top of the page with Profile Updating letting you know that changes are taking effect in real-time. Once the notification disappears, this will confirm that your profile has been updated successfully.

Note

Before you can proceed and complete the update, you must ensure you have filled in all of the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk eg. *

If you do not fill out all mandatory fields, you will not be able to save your changes
