Order and organisation is equal to efficiency and effectiveness and in the Locomote Corporate Travel Platform, ensuring your company and the travellers who use the platform have the most efficient experience possible, you can customise the order in which you choose to display the Booking Options or Workflow buttons on the Dashboard.

For example as the Company Administrator, if your travel reports identify that more domestic travel is being booked over international, yet international is at the top of the workflow tree and domestic is at the bottom, you can simply switcheroo the workflows to a more logical arrangement.

  1. To change the order of the Workflows, click on the user Avatar and select Admin to access the Admin home page

  2. To the left-hand side navigation panel, click on Workflows

  3. Drag each workflow line into the required sequence with the expand cursor. The changes will take effect immediately

  4. Navigate back to the Dashboard to confirm the order changes. The workflow will be displayed how you want it to be viewed by all users within the company.
