As an Administrator, how do I add a Travel Arranger to my profile?

As a Traveller you can assign Travel Arrangers to your profile, as well as remove them.

In order for a Travel Arranger to organise travel on your behalf, they must be assigned to your profile.

Adding a Travel Arranger

  1. To add a Travel Arranger, click on the user Avatar and click My Profile

  2. In My Profile, click on the Assignments tab

  3. Type in the name(s) of the Travel Arranger(s) you want to add to your profile

  4. Once you have added the name(s) of the Travel Arranger(s), click Update Assignments

  5. The Travel Arranger(s) assignments have now been Saved to your profile

Removing a Travel Arranger

  1. To remove a Travel Arranger from your profile, return to My Profile via the user Avatar

  2. Click on the Assignments tab

  3. Click on the x icon next to the Travel Arranger(s) name to remove them from the Travel Arranger field

  4. Once you have removed the name(s) of the Travel Arranger(s), click Update Assignments

  5. The changes have now been Saved to your profile.
