Sometimes you just need a hint, a Phone a Friend lifeline to clarify or a quick moment with the Microsoft Paperclip guy. Luckily you can proactively prevent those moments of confusion for your Traveller's on the Locomote Corporate Travel Platform by adding in free text to any module, within any workflow.

To aide your Traveller/Travel Arranger's booking experience, as a Company Administrator you have the ability to customise a module and add, edit or even remove (existing) supplementary text, making your travel team's life that little bit easier!

Add supplementary text

  1. From the Dashboard, access the user Avatar and click Admin to access the Administrator menu

  2. In the left-hand navigation panel, select Workflows

  3. Select the workflow(s), which contain the modules that require supplementary text

  4. Under Modules click on the cog icon next to the module to add supplementary text

  5. Type in the required text in the Message field box

  6. Click Save to update your changes

Edit supplementary text

  1. From the Dashboard, access the user Avatar and click Admin to access the Administrator menu

  2. In the left-hand navigation panel, select Workflows

  3. Select the workflow(s), which contain the modules that require supplementary text

  4. Under Modules click on the cog icon next to the module to add supplementary text

  5. Edit the required text in the Message field box

  6. Click Save to update your changes

Remove supplementary text

  1. From the Dashboard, access the user Avatar and click Admin to access the Administrator menu

  2. In the left-hand navigation panel, select Workflows

  3. Select the workflow(s), which contain the modules that require supplementary text

  4. Under Modules click on the cog icon next to the module to add supplementary text

  5. Remove some/all of the text in the Message field box

  6. Click Save to update your changes
