The administration and management of users within the company is key in ensuring the security of the Locomote Corporate Travel Platform for your company is maintained at the highest standards.

If an employee has left the company or has invoked restricted access upon themselves, as a Company Administrator you have the ability to disable a user's profile to revoke their access.

Remember

By disabling a user's profile, they will not be able to login to the Locomote platform.

Disabling a Profile

  1. Click on the Admin link within the User Avatar menu located at the top right of your Dashboard

  2. Click on the Profiles link located in the left hand panel or click on View Profiles under the User Avatar menu

  3. Search for the profile in the search filed provided by Name, Email or Employee ID and then click Edit

  4. Once you are in the user's profile, scroll to the bottom of the page (labelled Personal) and uncheck the Enable Login box located under the Security heading.

  5. Click Update Profile to save the change

  6. A confirmation message will appear to advise that the changes to the user's profile have been saved successfully

Activating a Profile

  1. Click on the Admin link within the User Avatar menu located at the top right of your Dashboard

  2. Click on the Profiles link located in the left hand panel or click on View Profiles under the User Avatar menu

  3. Search for the profile in the search filed provided by Name, Email or Employee ID and then click Edit

  4. Once you are in the user's profile, scroll to the bottom of the first page (labelled Personal) and check the Enable Login box located under the Security heading.

  5. Click Update Profile to save the change

  6. A confirmation message will appear to advise that the changes to the user's profile have been saved successfully
