Everything is a process; step-by-step, continuous and constant. As long as you move forward, there may be a few backward steps, but as long as progress is steady, the process will continue.

Being a Company Administrator in the Locomote Corporate Travel Platform is all about process; building up the modules, setting the foundation before managing the profiles and data before finally reporting on that company data. It's all a process.

And so you have created a Cost Centre, added in a Cost Centre Budget and now you need to assign Travellers to the Cost Centre. Well, you have certainly come to the right place.

Within the administrator Dashboard you will notice (if you haven't already) a sub-heading titled "Assign Travellers To" and within these modules, you can assign Travellers to anything, from Cost Centres to Travel Arrangers. If needed you can also remove Travellers from their preferred or specified modules.

Note

This can also be done within the Traveller's profile; as a Company Administrator you have the access to remove such assignments.

Add travellers to a cost centre

  1. Click on the user Avatar and select Admin to access the Admin home page

  2. In the left-hand panel under Assign Travellers To, click on Cost Centres

  3. To add a traveller, click on the Code of the Cost Centre (displayed in blue text)

  4. In Users in Cost Centre find the traveller you wish to add to the Cost Centre by typing their name into the search field

  5. Once the traveller is displayed, select the name and click Add

  6. A green notification banner will display, confirming the user has been added. If you check the user profile, the cost centre will display under Preferred Cost Centres

Remove travellers from a cost centre

  1. Click on the user Avatar and select Admin to access the Admin home page
