Having a single source of truth is a pot of gold, but being able to export it for additional data manipulation and reporting purposes is two pots of gold.

Hereunder we will show you how you can extract your data from the Audit Management application

You can export the data from the audit management tool at two different levels:

The general overview level and the individual audit level:

General level

Individual entity level

General Level

On the general overview, you are able to see the complete overview of your audits (past, present & in litigation).

Suppose that a quick overview must be given to (internal or external) stakeholders. Via this export button, you will present a complete overview within a few minutes that is a perfect reflection of your single source of truth that has been compiled in a structured & controlled way.

Example of export on the general overview

Individual Entity level

You have the option to export the entire audit per individual audit:

  • The overview of the audit

  • The full timeline of all updates created within the audit in question.

  • The overview of the documents available within the audit.

  • An overview of all your findings with associated risks.

Thanks to this overview you can focus on protecting your single source of truth and add data in a structured & controlled way. In addition, you can easily share this data with other teams, which takes the level of collaboration to a new level.

Does the finance team need an overview of all the risks of a particular audit? Within a few clicks, you can provide the latest version instead of searching the common server & wondering if this is the latest (correct) data.

Awesome right? 😎
