Where do I find the table view?

You can find the table view in the section "Organization":

  • ...

Creating the view of your dreams

At the top of the table view, you have a number of tools in your toolbox to answer the question: "What data do I want to visualize?" :

  1. Financial year:

Here you can set the financial year for which you would like to consult the data.

2. Columns

In the columns, you will indicate which data points you want to visualize in the table view. This happens in two different ways:

  1. You can choose to select an entire section of data at once or;

  2. You can choose to select individual data points

Now that you have already formulated an answer to 2 important questions:

  • From which year do I want to see data?

  • What data do I want to see?

In the final phase, you can release multiple filters to make your view more structured & controlled.

Based on which data points can you filter?:

  • Entity

  • Country of Incorporation

  • Registered address

  • Entity registration number

  • Tax identification number

  • VAT number

  • Functional currency

  • General financial year-end

  • Date of incorporation

  • Date of acquisition

  • Effective tax rate

  • The statutory due date for filing corporate tax return

  • Taxable basis per corporate tax return

  • Tax charge per corporate tax return

  • Tax prepayments made

In this efficient way, you can generate a very detailed list that gives you the necessary insights in a few clicks that you are looking for.

You don't have to look in different places within the general server for the answer available to you in your single source of truth.
