If a worker recieves a complaint please email the worker and CC (info@locumpa.com) us into the email. 

Please attach a screen shot of the consultation or consultations which are related to the complaint. 

Please mention any complaints protocol you have in place in the correspondance. 

Please suggest a reasonable expected response time.
