Partnering with Loftium to buy your home is a long-term, legally binding commitment. It requires serious consideration before entering into the contract: You will be required to host for the duration of the agreement.

We understand, however, that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise which might prevent you from continuing to host. In the unlikely event that something outside of your control should arise, you are able to buy out of the contract by paying Loftium a fee based on 115% of the pro-rata share of the contract, which is determined by how much contract time has passed.

For example, if you received a down payment of $25,000 and want to cancel the contract halfway through, you would need to pay back 1/2 x 115% x $25,000 = $14,375.
