There are a few things you might do in case of not receiving ticket(s) after payment.
- Wait 24 hours. Sometimes in case of huge load of ticket purchases at the same time, the system needs a bit more time to send out the tickets. Please wait 24 hours before contacting us.
- Check spam inbox. It might be that tickets got into your email's spam box, so please check it firstly, maybe tickets are hiding there.
- You feel it was a typing mistake. Typing mistakes happens while entering the email to receive tickets. All ticket purchases are revised by a person, we might spot a mistake and contact you via the phone number you have entered at the registration form. If we have not contacted you in 24 hours, please contact us.
- Tickets bought by company by invoice. If you bought tickets as a company and issued yourself an invoice to pay latter, you will receive tickets only after payment is done and checked by our people. It takes a bit more time. If you have done the payment and still did not receive tickets in 24 hours, please contact us.
- Contact us. If you have tried everything and still did not receive your tickets, please contact us by email email@example.com
