There are a few things you might do in case of not receiving ticket(s) after payment.

  1. Wait 24 hours. Sometimes in case of huge load of ticket purchases at the same time, the system needs a bit more time to send out the tickets. Please wait 24 hours before contacting us.
  2. Check spam inbox. It might be that tickets got into your email's spam box, so please check it firstly, maybe tickets are hiding there.
  3. You feel it was a typing mistake. Typing mistakes happens while entering the email to receive tickets. All ticket purchases are revised by a person, we might spot a mistake and contact you via the phone number you have entered at the registration form. If we have not contacted you in 24 hours, please contact us.
  4. Tickets bought by company by invoice. If you bought tickets as a company and issued yourself an invoice to pay latter, you will receive tickets only after payment is done and checked by our people. It takes a bit more time. If you have done the payment and still did not receive tickets in 24 hours, please contact us.
  5. Contact us. If you have tried everything and still did not receive your tickets, please contact us by email
