Can you refuse service?

Yes, we can refuse service for two reasons.

1. If we feel the home falls outside the scope of services we can provide. We will not charge you if this happens. We will provide a full refund so that you can hire a company that can provide the services you need.

2. If the team does not feel safe in the home (i.e., large dogs) -or- if a client is being rude, angry, hostile, intoxicated, aggressive, overbearing, defaming, belligerent, drugs present, firearms present, or generally abusive, we reserve the right to leave without notice immediately for the protection of our staff. If this occurs, you may not be able to reschedule. This also covers office staff and communication verbally or by email or text.
