We have three appointment slots per day 9/12/3 (AM/PM). Please allow time for your cleaner to arrive: 8-10, 11-1, 2-4. You may call for an updated ETA if you need to leave your home for a short period of time. We sometimes encounter delays such as traffic, weather conditions, accidents, job overrun; but will try our best to arrive on time.
If providing a key (i.e., door mat, mailbox, etc.), lockbox code, door code, garage code, or other method of self-entry, we may arrive between the hours of 8-4 to complete your cleaning. If you prefer, you may request a firm time prior to your appointment and our staff will notate this on your account.
