Why can't I get access to Advanced Analytics with a Base Plan?

Advanced Analytics is available from the Standard Plan and up and provides more insights and also date range comparisons.

However, Basic Analytics is available in the Base Plan where you can view basic metrics like likes and comments at both the social account and post level from either the Analytics dashboard or from Post View:
