How Can I notify a Collaborator that a Calendar is ready for review?
How Can I notify a Collaborator that a Calendar is ready for review?
Updated over 2 months ago

When you are inside a calendar, click on the "Notify Collaborators" icon, on the right-hand side of your toolbar:

You will be redirected to a form, where you can select a collaborator and send them a message. Your collaborator will receive an email, including a link to the calendar you notified them about.

Note, however, that this feature is only enabled inside calendars that include at least two collaborators (yourself included). If your collaborators want to be notified as soon as things happen inside Loomly, they can manage their preferences from the Notifications tab of their Account Settings.

💡 Tip: If your collaborators have not been assigned to the posts yet, you can assign a collaborator to multiple posts at once. They will receive email notifications for each post they have been assigned.

In order to bulk assign a post to a collaborator, you will need to do the following:

  1. Go to List View of your calendar

  2. Select the posts you would like to assign by checking the posts on the right

  3. Expand Apply Bulk Actions

  4. Select Update Assignment

  5. Select the collaborator(s) you would like to assign

  6. Finally, select Update Post

📝 Note: Bulk Actions may not show up in List View if your role does not allow it or if no Bulk Actions can be applied to at least two posts.
