When you sign up for Loomly, you get a 15-day free trial to play around with the app and see if it's a good fit for you and your team: we believe this is better than any kind of "money-back guarantee". Past this point, if you subscribe to Loomly and are not happy for any reason at all, please contact us. We'll do our very best to solve any issues.

  • When you subscribe to a yearly plan, you receive a 25% discount in exchange for your commitment to a full year of service: as part of this binding agreement, no cancellation or refund is available until the end of your subscription. Cancelling your subscription before its anniversary date will prevent it from auto-renewing.

  • Monthly plans are month-to-month and will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

Please note the following:

  • All fees and charges are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.

  • If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the Loomly subscription until the next billing date.

  • We recommend canceling at least 24 hours prior to your billing date and ensuring that you receive a confirmation email.

Please contact our team if you do not receive this email after canceling your paid subscription.
