You can delete your account from the Profile tab of your Account. Click on "Delete Account" from the bottom of the page.
⚠️ Important:
When you delete your account, all your account information is deleted automatically and permanently because we do not keep a copy of your account for our records.
If you own at least one calendar, you will need to transfer ownership of that calendar to one of your collaborators with a paid account, or delete it before you can delete your account.
