Loomly will send push notifications as well as email notifications when the status of a post is changed.
If you are not receiving notifications, there are a few things to check:
1. Make sure that you are assigned to the post. In order to receive notifications when the status of a post is changed, you must make sure that your name is checked.
All calendar collaborators will receive a notification when someone comments on a post, but in order to receive a notification when a post has a status update, you must be assigned to the post.
2. Make sure that notifications are turned on in your Loomly Settings. In your Account Settings > Notifications Tab, make sure that Mobile Push Notifications and Email Notifications are enabled.
3. Ensure that notifications are turned on in your mobile app. Go to Settings > Notifications > Ensure that push notifications for Loomly are turned on:
If you've confirmed the above, and aren't able to receive email notifications, please reach out to our team.
For push notification, please go to the Android or iOS sections depending on what device you use for the Loomly mobile app.
Android
Uninstall and re-install the app on your phone
Go to Settings > click on Apps > click on the Loomly app > click on storage and then clear data and cache
Log out of your account on Loomly's mobile app and sign in again (if possible)
iOS
Log out of your account on Loomly's mobile app and sign in again (if possible)
Uninstall and re-install the app on your phone
