General

1. Are you assigned to the post? If yes, go to step 2: 

2. Are the "Post needs to be published manually" notifications for your calendars marked as "As it happens" and checked off for Mobile Push Notifications (as displayed in image below)? 

 If yes, go to the Android or iOS sections depending on what device you use for the Loomly mobile app. 

Android

  1. Uninstall and re-install app on your phone
  2. Go to Settings > click on Apps > click on the Loomly app > click on storage and then clear data and cache
  3. Log out of your account on Loomly mobile app and sign in again (if possible)

iOS

  1. Log out of your account on Loomly mobile app and sign in again (if possible)
  2. Go to Settings > Loomly > Turn on Background App Refresh and Notifications if they aren't already
  3. Uninstall and re-install app on your phone

If you still are not receiving mobile app reminders then please contact us at support@loomly.com with the post URL which you did not receive a notification.
