You can filter posts in List View and Calendar View by dates, post formats, assignee, social media channels, status, and/ or labels with Loomly.
To Filter Posts within the Month:
Go to your calendar's List View or Calendar View
Click the Filter button from your calendar's toolbar
Select your filter preferences
Click Apply
📝 Note:
Posts can only be filtered within the same month, but you can easily navigate to a different month with Quick Navigate.
Filter posts by post status, including the Passed status to see what posts need to have the scheduled date and time updated.
All Calendars can be filtered by dates, post formats, social media channels, status, and calendars.
To Save Preferences for Filters so Your Filters Are Defaulted:
Click the Filter button from your calendar's toolbar
Select your filter preferences
Click Save Preferences on the top right of the Filter
📝 Note: If your filter preferences have been saved, the filters will be defaulted, meaning the saved filters will be applied each time you are in this view of your calendar.
💡 Tip: If you are missing some posts from your calendar, check to see if you have any saved preferences applied!
To Remove Saved Preferences:
Click the Filter button from your calendar's toolbar
Expand the Show More button, on the right of the Save Preferences button
Click Delete Preferences
Color Status for the Filter Icons:
Grey - No filters are applied
Green - Saved, defaulted filters are applied
Orange - Filters are applied for one-time use but not saved
