Learn how to backdate Loomly posts

Updated over 10 months ago

We allow you to create a new post or select an existing post scheduled in the future and move it to a past date. This is useful if you have already published a post natively scheduled in Loomly for a future date or that you'd like to add to your Loomly calendar.

Here is what you can do:

1. Drag and drop any posts that are not in the "Published" or "Scheduled" state to the date you published the post in Calendar View

📝 Note:

  • If your post was not created yet in Loomly, you can create a new post for today as a Draft.

  • It is not possible to move a Published or Scheduled post to a past date.

2. Your post will not be published if it is not in the Scheduled state. However, you can select "Mark as Published" if you want the post status to be displayed as "Published" in your calendar.
