Learn how to edit video metadata in Loomly

Updated over a week ago

The attachment metadata offered depends on each social platform and media type:

  • Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest images allow you to add alt text

  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (not shorts), and TikTok videos allow cover images/thumbnails

  • Facebook and LinkedIn videos allow video titles

Currently, you can add cover photos/thumbnails for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn videos!

This article will show you how to add cover images/thumbnails and titles to your video posts.

  • Click Upload Cover Image to add a video thumbnail.

💡Tip: You are also able to add a video title for Facebook and LinkedIn.
