You can access and reply to Instagram direct messages for Instagram Business and Creator accounts connected through a Facebook page.
Updating Instagram App Permissions
You will need to update the settings to allow us to access messages from your Business account.
Here is how to turn on access:
Go to Settings for the Instagram Professional Account
Go to Privacy > Messages > Toggle "Allow Access to Messages" to On, as displayed in the screenshot above
After doing so, you will need to disconnect and reconnect Instagram to Loomly to access Instagram direct messages for this Instagram Business Account.
