We currently do not support bulk uploads for posts.
However, we integrate with Zapier which may allow you to import all posts from a Google Sheet to create quick posts in Loomly from new sheet entries:
How to create Zap with Sheets and Loomly:
Sign into your Zapier account
In a separate browser tab, make a Google Sheets Template in separate tab
Connect your Google account to Zapier
Select the caption of your Google Sheet for bulk uploads
Select Sheet 1
Connect your Loomly account
Select the calendar where you would like to connect to your Google Sheet
Select the following fields to edit in Loomly:
Date and Subject (these should already be checked as they are required fields)
Copy
Select any channels where you would like to have posts created
Confirm all the correlate with the correct fields (as shown in screenshot below), and select True for any social channels you checked in the previous step
Test Zap to confirm the post was created in Loomly - Turn Zap on
Any rows added should be created as a Loomly post.
Bulk Actions
Please note that you can apply bulk actions to multiple posts after the posts have been created in Loomly; bulk actions include the following:
Update Assignment
Update Status
Delete posts
