We integrate with Google Drive so that you can import media files directly from your Google Drive folders to either Post Builder or Loomly Content Library!
If you use Adobe Suite, CapCut, or any other design tools, you can save your files from those platforms to Google Drive, then conveniently upload them to Loomly in batches using our integration. We also integrate directly with Canva.
📝 Note: Google requires account authentication every hour. If you're already logged into your Google account, this should only take a click!
Importing from Google Drive to the Content Library
In Content Library, you can import images, videos, or documents (PDFs) from Google Drive. This is a great way for you to batch create content externally, then upload them to Loomly prior to scheduling.
To upload to your Library from Google Drive, click the "+" icon, then click Google Drive. Log into your Google account, and then you'll be able to select media to import from your Google Drive folders.
📝 Note: Content Library imports from Google Drive are limited to 10 images, 10 videos, and 1 document at a time.
Importing from Google Drive to Post Builder
From Post Builder, you can import 1 video, up to 10 images, or one document at a time from Google Drive. To upload your media, click the Google Drive icon in either the Generic Content or Fine-Tune Content steps:
Then select photos, videos, or documents, choose your Google account, and then choose your media to upload:
In the Fine-Tune Content step, you can toggle into each social media channel and then attach the associated creative assets from Google Drive. This is an ideal workflow when you need different aspect ratios if you're cross-posting to different platforms.
Or you can quickly crop images to fit channel specifications using Loomly Studio.
📝 Note: Post Builder uploads from Google Drive are limited to 10 images, 1 video, and 1 document at a time
