Inspecting Items At Pick Up

Inspecting items is a critical part of the pickup process. Since most items are resold, items must be in good working condition and/or can easily be repaired.

If a customer item is heavily damaged, stained, or broken at pick up and resale is unlikely then we recommend rejecting the pickup.

If items picked up from retailers are damaged beyond repair and need to be safely disposed then contact our team and we will cover the cost. Sustainability is a top priority at LoopDeco so disposal should always be a last resort.

Things to look for:

  • Large tears or stains

  • Damage to the frame or springs

  • Insects (especially bed bugs)

  • Missing pieces (e.g. cushions)
