You can take your data out of Loopster as a file, or send a Slack message for your rows. Both start from the same place: the Export tab.
How do I download my table as a file?
Click Add column, then Add enrichment.
Open the Export tab.
Under Download, click Download CSV or Download Excel.
Both options are labelled Current view and show Free. Download Excel is also labelled .xlsx.
The CSV file is named after your table, followed by _loopster_export_, then the date and time. It holds your table's columns plus an Index column that numbers the rows. No confirmation message appears when the file is saved.
How do I send a Slack message for my rows?
Click Add column, then Add enrichment, then open the Export tab.
Scroll down to Notify. Slack shows "2 actions" and "runs on your Slack account".
Open Slack. You will see Send Slack Message and Signal Lead Slack Notification.
Click Send Slack Message.
In the Account block, check the account under Select Slack account. The Manage accounts link is next to it.
Under Channel, click Select a channel and pick one. You can search the list.
Under Message, type your text. Press
/or@to open a list of columns, then click the column you want, such as Company Name. The list also offers the other columns from your table and Row ID.
Tip: always click a column in the list. If you close the list with Esc instead, the / or @ stays in your message as plain text.
Unfurl Links and Unfurl Media are both ticked when you open the panel.
How do I test one row before running the rest?
Click the arrow next to the Add column and run button.
Choose Add column without running.
Click the run arrow on row 1.
When the cell says Sent, the message has gone to the channel you picked.
To see more, click the cell. Its details show Ok and Success, the message text that was sent, and an Amount Spent of Free.
Good to know
The Slack panel says: "Runs on your own Slack account — nothing from your wallet."
Channel and Message are required. Until they are filled in, the panel warns: "Select a column for each of these before running: Channel, Message."
Running a row posts a real Slack message to the channel you picked. Running one row sends one message, for that row only.
The Export tab also lists Send to Zapier, Send to n8n, Send to Make and Send to Clay, each marked Free.
