Written by Umer Ishaq

The Connections page lists every account your workspace can run on. This article shows how to read it, how to add your own account, and where a column shows which account it uses.

Where do I see my connections?

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Under Workspace settings, click Connections.

The page says: "Every account this workspace can run on — the ones you connected, and the ones Loopster provides." It shows the number of connections, and you can filter by Provider, Account type and Added by. A Search box sits next to the Create button.

Each row shows the Provider, Connection name, Account type, Status, Resources and Added by.

The Connections page under Settings, with Connections outlined in red in the left menu. The table lists Loopster-managed accounts such as AI Ark, Aviato and BetterContact, each marked Loopster-provided and Connected.

What are Loopster-provided accounts?

These rows are named "Loopster-managed" followed by the provider and the word "account". Their Account type is Loopster-provided, Added by says Loopster, and Status says Connected. Some rows also show a Default badge.

When a price is shown for something that runs on Loopster's account, hover it. The tooltip says: "Runs on Loopster's account and is paid from your wallet."

How do I add my own account?

  1. On Connections, click Create.

  2. In the Connect an account window, search for the provider and click it.

  3. Fill in the form. For HeyReach the form is called Add HeyReach key. It asks for a HeyReach API Key and a Connection Name.

  4. Click Save.

The Connect an account window with a Search box and a list of providers that starts with Apify, Apollo, Attio, Aviato and BetterContact.

The form says: "Keys are encrypted before leaving your browser and stored securely for this workspace." A HeyReach connection you added shows in the list with Account type User-added and Status Connected.

How do I see which account a column uses?

Open a column's settings. The Account block shows a Select ... account menu, for example Select Slack account, with a Manage accounts link next to it.

Under it you may see a note like "Runs on your own Slack account — nothing from your wallet." or "Runs on your own HeyReach key — nothing from your wallet."

If you have not connected the provider yet, the block says "Link your HeyReach account" and "Connect to configure this column", and shows a Connect HeyReach button. The panel footer says "Connect HeyReach in Integrations before running this capability."

Good to know

  • In the Export tab, HeyReach shows "runs on your HeyReach account" and Slack shows "runs on your Slack account".

  • In the Tools tab, Normalize Location shows "Your own key or" followed by a per-row price.

  • Keys for using Loopster from other tools are not here. They are in Loopster API, in the same Settings menu.
