AI context holds information about your business that you can reuse across tables.
Where do I find it?
Open Settings, then AI context. The page says: "Contexts are pieces of information about your business that can be reused across different tables." With none saved it says "No contexts found. Create one to get started." The two buttons are Add Context and ICP Generator.
How do I add a context by hand?
Click Add Context. A window called Add New Knowledge Piece opens ("Create reusable business context for your tables.").
Under Manual Entry, fill in Title, Icon (URL or Emoji) and Context (Markdown).
Click Create Context.
At the top is also Generate business context with AI.
What is the ICP Generator?
Click ICP Generator. It is a four-step flow. Step 1, "Tell us about your ideal customer", says "Add a website and/or a short ICP description." You fill in Your Website URL and, optionally, ICP Description, then click Next. Cancel leaves the flow.
How do I find people or companies that match my ICP?
Build the list with filters. You can start with people or with companies:
Start with people: open People, set people filters such as Job title, and add company filters to match your ICP. Then import the people to a table. See Find people and add them to a table.
Start with companies: open Companies, narrow the list down with filters and import it to a table. Then find people at those companies with Find people at these companies, using people filters such as Job title. See Find companies and add them to a table and Turn a company list into a people list.
Where is a context used?
The Score Prospect tool asks for an ICP Context and says "ICP context is required" until you pick one.
