What each tab of Plan & billing shows: the plan cards, billing details and payment method, and your invoice history.

Open Settings, then Plan & billing. The tabs are Plan, Wallet, Billing details and Invoices. Every tab says: "Billing is managed by Loopster. This workspace shares its plan, wallet, and concurrency."

What does the Plan tab show?

It shows your current plan, when it renews, and "Your plan renews automatically for" an amount. It has Add a coupon and Cancel subscription.

Processing capacity says how many actions per minute your organization can use, for example "Up to 5,000 actions/min across your organization."

Under Change plan ("Billed monthly") the plan cards are:

  • Launch, $179 a month: email and phone number enrichment; 650M+ leads and 60M+ companies database; unlimited tables and users; 50K rows per table; 1 workspace; standard processing speed, up to 500 actions per minute; all integrations, CRMs, BYOK and Custom HTTP calls; $25 wallet balance included (never expires).

  • Scale (Most popular), $449 a month: everything in Launch, plus 200K rows per table; fast processing, up to 2,000 actions per minute; $80 wallet balance included (never expires); priority support.

  • Unlimited, $1,299 a month: everything in Scale, plus unlimited rows per table; unlimited workspaces; turbo processing, up to 5,000 actions per minute; $200 wallet balance included (never expires).

Your current plan's card says Current plan and Your current plan.

Launch is $179 per month with a Downgrade to Launch button, Scale is marked Most popular at $449 per month with a Downgrade to Scale button, and Unlimited is $1,299 per month with a Your current plan button. Each card lists its features. The Current plan label on the Unlimited card is outlined in red.

What does Billing details show?

  • Account information: Billing email, Full name, Country or region, Address line 1 and Tax IDs (Add Tax ID). Click Save.

  • Payment methods: "No payment method saved" until you add one. It says "Auto top-up and plan payments need a saved card." The button is Add payment method.

  • Subscription: "Change your plan in the Stripe billing portal. To cancel, use Cancel subscription on the Plan tab." The button is Manage billing.

The Payment methods card on the Billing details tab. It shows a Payment method box that says No payment method saved, with the line Auto top-up and plan payments need a saved card and a dark Add payment method button. The Add payment method button is outlined in red.

Where are my invoices?

The Invoices tab, "Invoice history", says "Your billing history — view or download any invoice." The columns are Billing date, Paid at, Status, Amount and Invoice Download.

The top of the Invoices tab. The Invoice history heading is followed by the line Your billing history - view or download any invoice, and a table header row with the columns Billing date, Paid at, Status, Amount and Invoice Download.

Is enrichment with Loopster Data limited?

Contact data from Loopster Data is free and unlimited on every plan: work and personal emails and phone numbers. It doesn't use your wallet. The Loopster Data actions show Free, and the Run column dialog says Spends nothing from your wallet. See Loopster Data integration: set up and troubleshoot.

Loopster has a fair-use policy with internal limits set so high that normal go-to-market work never reaches them. If an account starts acting like a bot scraping the database, the team gets in touch.

Premium providers and AI are paid per row from your wallet, or run on your own API keys. A waterfall can try premium providers after the free Loopster step, so check its cost line before you run. See Find people’s contact details with waterfalls. Real usage depends on your use case and settings, so always check the final cost estimate before you run.

Good to know

  • The plan, the wallet and the processing capacity are shared by all workspaces in the organization.

  • For the wallet, see the next article on topping up and funds history.
