Lore Fees
Lore charges fees for various transactions and activities on the platform. Where applicable, these fees are split between the Lore platform and fund managers. Below is a clear breakdown of all fees:
Funding Rounds
Total Fee: 2% of total funds raised
Lore Platform Fee: 1%
Manager Fee: 1%
Example: The total fee for a $100,000 funding round is $2,000 ($1,000 to Lore, $1,000 to the manager.
Distributions
Total Fee: 2% of the total amount distributed
Lore Platform Fee: 2%
Manager Fee: None
Example: For a $50,000 distribution, the fee is $1,000 (all to Lore).
Performance (Carry)
Manager Fee: 18% of profits, applied only when specific performance criteria are met
Lore Platform Fee: None
Platform Fee: A 1% fee applies to Swaps, with fee splits allocated to the executing Manager.
NOTE: This is a manager-only fee and does not contribute to Lore’s platform revenue.
Swap Fees (Funds)
Total Fee: 1% of the total amount received in the swap
Lore Platform Fee: 0.7%
Manager Fee: 0.3%
Example: The total fee for a $10,000 swap is $100, with $70 going to Lore and $30 to the manager.
Swap Fees (Users)
Total Fee: 1% of the total amount received in the swap
Lore Platform Fee: 1%
Manager Fee: None
Example: For a $5,000 user swap, the fee is $50 (all to Lore).
Member Exit
Total Fee: 20% of the user’s total redeemed amount (gross of manager carry)
Lore Platform Fee: 2%
Manager Fee: 18%
Example: The total fee for a $20,000 exit is $4,000 ($400 to Lore, $3,600 to the manager).
