Close your Funding Round
As soon as Members deposit, they receive a projected equity stake calculated by straightforward math based on their contribution. Learn more here.
Once you Close the Funding Round, everyone is issued a final web2 equity stake. This represents their ownership in the invite-only Onchain Fund.
