The pricing data we are able to get by default through the Salesforce Commerce Cloud APIs as afforded to us by your Salesforce integration may be unreliable or incomplete. This is especially likely if you have many pricing sources, show multiple prices (ex. sales, original, coupon pricing) or update pricing frequently.

To ensure that you are not showing stale pricing on Storefronts, we heavily recommend that you set up a pricing feed to transfer this data reliably into the LoudCrowd platform.

SFTP Product Pricing Data Feed

We can setup an SFTP Integration for your account, which you can use to upload a CSV file with any new product pricing data.

These files start processing as soon as they are uploaded, which gives you much greater control to ensure timely updates for your pricing data, especially if you automate the file uploads. You can choose to upload new files as frequently as you want, to match the cadence that you update pricing on your website.
