Love Trails only authorises the use of Tixel to resell tickets. Transactions made through unofficial platforms or sources cannot guarantee security or entry into the festival. To ensure a safe transaction, always use Tixel.
Please note: In order to sell your ticket(s) on Tixel, you will have to submit via email the initial confirmation booking email you received or if you were on a payment plan, the final payment email (with the subject line being "Your payment was successful") as we do not release tickets until 1 week before the festival.
Please keep in mind:
Only the lead booker can resell tickets in a booking.
Only tickets that are paid for in full can be listed for resale (i.e., tickets on a Payment Plan with any remaining balances unpaid must be paid before being eligible for resale).
Only General Admission and Premium tickets are available to list or purchase through the Tixel re-sale platform. All other tickets can be booked via Easol through the Love Trails website.
Race registration will be open to purchasers of resale tickets at the time of purchase.
